益气活血通脉汤联合西药治疗老年冠心病心绞痛临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察应用益气活血通脉汤联合西药治疗老年冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法:选择92例心血瘀阻型老年冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各46例,对照组应用常规疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加益气活血通脉汤治疗,对2组患者的治疗效果及血脂指标[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]进行观察。结果:总有效率观察组为95.65%,对照组为82.61%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组TC、TG、LDL-C均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),HDL-C均较治疗前升高(P<0.05);观察组各指标值与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用益气活血通脉汤联合西药治疗老年冠心病心绞痛患者效果显著,可有效控制病情。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combination usage of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai tang and western medicine in treating elderly angina pectoris. Methods：Selected 92 elderly angina pectoris patients with heart blood stasis syndrome,and divided them into the observation group and the control group,46 cases in each,according to random number table method. The control group was given the routine treatment,and the observation group was given the therapy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai tang based on the treatment of the control group. Observed clinical effect and blood lipid indexes [triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）] of the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 95.65% and82.61% in the observation group and the control group respectively,the difference being significant（P〈0.01）. After treatment,levels of TC,TG and LDL-C of the two groups were decreased（P〈0.05 compared with before treatment）,HDL-C were increased（P〈0.05 compared with before treatment）. Compared all indexes between the two groups after treatment,the differences were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The combination usage of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai tang and western medicine has good clinical efficacy in treating elderly angina pectoris,which can control the disease effectively and conducive to long-term prognosis.
