血府逐瘀汤对不稳定型心绞痛患者血栓前状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀汤对不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效及血栓前状态的影响。方法:将70例心血瘀阻型冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为对照组34例和治疗组36例,2组均以常规西药治疗,治疗组加用血府逐瘀汤治疗。2组均观察治疗8周。检测患者内皮素(ET)、血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)和血管性血友病因子(v WF)水平。比较2组的临床疗效。结果:对照组总有效率为85.3%,治疗组总有效率为91.7%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗8周后,2组血清ET、v WF和GMP-140水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组ET、v WF和GMP-140水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤具有较强的抑制血小板活化、抑制炎症因子释放、改善血栓前状态的作用,可能对改善冠心病患者的临床预后有一定影响。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu tang on prothrombotic state（PTS） in patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）. Methods：Selected 70 UAP patients with blood stasis syndrome,and randomly divided into two groups with the control group being 34 cases and the treatment group being 36 cases. The two groups were both treated with routine western medicine,and the treatment group was given the therapy of Xuefu Zhuyu tang additionally. Observing treatment of the groups both lasted for eight weeks. Detected level of Endothelin（ET）,alpha granule membrane protein（GMP-140）,von Willebrand factor（v WF） in patients,and compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Results：The total effective rate was 85.3% and 91.7% in the control group and the treatment group respectively,the difference being no significant（P 〉 0.05）. After treatment,levels of ET,v WF and GMP-140 in the two groups were all decreased（P 〈 0.05 compared with before treatment）. Levels of v WF and GMP-140 of the treatment group were higher than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Xuefu Zhuyu tang shows strong inhibitory effect on platelet activation and release of inflammatory factors,and it can improve PTS effectively,which may affect prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease.
