点穴疗法结合捏脊治疗女性更年期综合征44例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察点穴疗法结合捏脊治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效及其对内分泌功能的影响。方法:44例符合诊断标准和纳入标准的更年期综合征患者采用点穴疗法结合捏脊治疗,每次20 min,每周2次,治疗8周后观察疗效,比较治疗前后患者改良Kupperman评分及性激素水平。结果:治疗后总评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);单项评分中,潮热出汗、感觉异常、失眠、情绪波动、抑郁疑心、眩晕、疲乏、骨关节疼痛、头痛、心悸、皮肤蚁走感、泌尿系感染12项评分分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),提示点穴疗法结合捏脊治疗更年期综合征,可以明显改善更年期综合征的各项症状;仅性生活一项评分治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:点穴疗法结合捏脊治疗更年期综合征除性生活外,其余症状均有较好的改善作用,但是其治疗作用与性激素的变化无关。Objective：To observe clinical effect of point therapy combined with chiropractics in treating female climacteric syndrome and its effect on endocrine function.Methods：Selected 44 patients with climacteric syndrome that accorded with diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,and given the point therapy combined with chiropractics,20 min each time,twice a week.Observed clinical effect after eight weeks of treatment,compared modified Kupperman index and level of sex hormone of patients before and after treatment.Result：After treatment,the total score was lower than that before treatment,the difference being significant（P 〈 0.01）.Compared the scores of hectic fever and sweating,paresthesia,insomnia,emotional fluctuation,depression merged suspicion,vertigo,fatigue,joint pain,headache,palpitation,formication of the skin and urinary infection with that before treatment separately,the differences being significant（P 〈 0.01）, suggesting the point therapy combined with chiropractics can improve symptoms in patients with climacteric syndrome,except score of sexual life which showed no significant difference before and after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The point therapy combined with chiropractics can improve symptoms of patients with climacteric syndrome,except sexual life,but its therapeutic effect is irrelevant with the changes of sex hormones.
