摘 要:本模拟试验主要探讨了底吹孔中心夹角、中心距和底吹流量对钢液混匀时间的影响。实验结果表示,当底吹中心距为0.5R时熔池混匀时间最短,当底吹中心距为0.7R混匀时间最长,0.642 5R混匀时间居中。从混匀能力来看,当两喷孔为180°布置、中心距为0.6R时混匀时间最短。The simulation focuses on the impact ot center dlstance and plug location angle and gas How rate on liquid steel mixing time were simulated. The results show that when the center of bottom blowing is 0. 5R , the mixing time is shortest, when the center distance of bottom blowing is 0.7R , the mixing time is the longest, when the center distance of bottom blowing is 0.6425R, the mixing time is the middle. From mixing capability, when the two injection holes is 180°and the center distance is 0.6R, the mixing time is the shortest.
