摘 要:目的研究单掺和复掺晶核剂条件下主晶相为堇青石的Mg O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2微晶玻璃的析晶性能.方法以工业级化学试剂为主要原料,采用熔融法制备了Mg O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系微晶玻璃.运用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段进行析晶分析.结果 TiO_2和ZrO_2单掺和复掺均有利于微晶玻璃析晶过程的进行,但并不会改变微晶玻璃主、次晶相的种类,主晶相为α-堇青石,次晶相为镁铝钛酸盐.随着ZrO_2含量的增加,析晶温度、析晶活化能逐渐降低,动力学析晶参数逐渐升高;随着TiO_2含量的增加,析晶温度、析晶活化能先降低后升高,动力学析晶参数先升高后降低.结论 TiO_2和ZrO_2均可作为Mg O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系微晶玻璃的晶核剂,TiO_2较ZrO_2更有利于促进Mg O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系微晶玻璃的析晶,且析出的晶体数量更多,柱状的α-堇青石晶体形态更为完整.当TiO_2和ZrO_2复掺时,最有利于促进体系析晶.The paper studied on the effect of crystal nucleation agent on the crystallization of MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system glass ceramics. MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics were prepared by melting method with industrial chemical reagents as main raw materials. The effect of nucleating agent on crystallization properties were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD)and scanning election microscope (SEM). The results showed that the addition of nucleating agent was beneficial to the crystallization process of glass powder and was helpful to improve the properties of glass-ceramics, but it would not change the type of the primary and secondary crystalline phase. With the increase of the ZrO2 content, the crystallization temperature and crystallization activation energy were decreased, the crystallization kinetic parameters was gradually increased. With the increase of the TiO2 content, the crystallization temperature and crystallization activation energy firstly decreased and then increased,the crystallization kinetic parameters was firstly increased and then decreased. The crystallization properties of MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics were affected more significantly when ZrO2 and TiO2 were added together. The conclusion is that both TiO2 nucleating agent and ZrO2 can be used as MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass ceramics ,TiO2 is more conducive to promote the crystallization of MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass ceramics ,crystal and the number of precipitation more columnar alpha cordierite crystal structure is more complete. When the TiO2 and ZrO2 were mixed, the most advantageous to promote the crystallization of the system.
