摘  要:为了探索中药在水貂绿脓杆菌型肺炎防治中的作用,试验采用临床分离的致病性水貂源绿脓杆菌为研究对象,进行体外抑菌试验,对临床常用的200余种中药进行了大范围的筛选。结果表明:青皮、地锦草、石榴皮、升麻、乌梅、地榆、生地榆、五倍子、连翘、乌药、百合、熟地黄、丁香、赤芍、虎杖、白芍、炒山楂、鸦胆子、白矾、砂仁、半夏等中药对绿脓杆菌均有较好的抑菌作用,尤其石榴皮、乌梅、地榆、五倍子、赤芍、白矾、生地榆、木瓜作用较强。说明中药在水貂绿脓杆菌型肺炎的防治中可能有较好的作用。To explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine on the prevention and treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia in minks,pathogenic Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from minks in the clinic was used as a research object. More than 200 traditional Chinese medicines commonly used in the clinic were used for a wide range of screening by in vitro antibacterial experiments. The results showed that a lot of traditional Chinese medicines exhibited better bacteriostatic effects against Pseudomonas aeruginosa,such as Qingpi,Euphorbia humifusa,Pericarpium granati,Rhizoma cimicifugae,Fructus mume,Sanguisorba officinalis,Radix Sanguisorbae,Galla chinensis,Forsythia suspense,Radix linderae,Lilium brownie,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Syzygium aromaticum,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Polygonum cuspidatum,Radix Paeoniae Alba,fried Fructus crataegi,Brucea javanica,alum,Fructus amomi and Pinellia ternata. Especially Pericarpium granati,Fructus mume,Sanguisorba officinalis,Galla chinensis,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,alum,Radix Sanguisorbae,and Chaenomeles sinensis showed stronger bacteriostatic effects. The results indicate that the traditional Chinese medicine may have a better effect in the prevention and treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia in minks.
