产城融合互动机理研究——以苏州工业园区为例

摘　　要：产业与城市存在相互促进的关系,产业为城市发展提供驱动力,城市为产业发展提供支撑,两者的融合发展都离不开人,人是产城融合的核心。产业、城市、人三者融为一体,可以推动工业园区持续健康发展,促进产业与城市协同发展,提升产业功能和城市功能。本文以苏州工业园区为例,分析了产城互动的作用机理,并借鉴苏州工业园区发展经验,从科学规划、设施配套、交通组织以及生态统筹方面提出了实现产城融合的建议。Industry and city promote each other.Industry provides the driving force for city development, while city supports industry. Both of them can＇t be separated from the people, who are the core of the City-Industry Integration.Industry, city and people inosculate as a whole, which can promote the sustainable and healthy development of industrial parks, promote the coordinated development of the industry and the city, and enhance the industrial functions and city functions.This article takes the Suzhou Industrial Park as an example, analyzes the interactive mechanism of industry and city, draws lessons from the development experience of Suzhou Industrial Park, and puts forward some suggestions to achieve the integration of city and industry.
