摘　　要：通过建立一个简单的内生增长模型,本文发现区域内企业的对外直接投资可以通过规模经济效应增加区域内工业制成品的产量,促进区域比较优势从劳动要素向资本要素转变,且这种转变在增强资本比较优势的同时不会改变劳动要素的绝对优势。利用我国2004—2014年的面板数据,本文的理论结论得到了较好的验证,同时本文还发现:相对于吸引外资,对外直接投资具有显著的区域比较优势动态转变效应,外资的利用长期来看对比较优势转变具有抑制作用;我国东部地区的对外直接投资对区域内比较优势转变的贡献显著大于中西部地区;此外,区域内市场规模、人力资本积累以及基础设施均有效促进本区域比较优势的动态转变。在理论和实证的基础上,本文提出了相应对政策建议。Establish a simple endogenous growth model, this paper found that outward foreign direct investment of enterprises in the area may increase production of manufactured goods through economies of scale, promoting regional comparative advantage from labor to capital elements, and the shift in the enhancement of the comparative advantages of capital will not change the labor elements＇ absolute advantage at the same time. Using the provincial panel data of 2004-2014 in our country, this article＇ s theoretical results get a good verification, and at the same time this paper also found that relative to attract foreign investment, outward foreign direct investment has significant effect on dynamic change of the regional comparative advantage, the use of foreign capital in the long term has inhibitory effect on com- parative advantage; In eastern China, outward foreign direct investment＇ s contribution to the regional comparative ad- vantage significantly greater than in the central and western regions; In addition, the regional market scale, human capital accumulation and infrastructure are effective to promote the regional comparative advantage. On the basis of the theory and practice research, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
