摘　　要：在新形势下,传统建筑业面临着机遇与挑战,具有绿色环保、工厂制造和信息化管理等优点的建筑产业化将成为传统建筑业转型发展的必由之路。新型建筑企业采用以EPC五化一体的工程总承包模式,专属技术体系加BIM高效信息化协调管理构建核心竞争力。以建筑产业化发展为突破口,以点带面的渐进式转型,将成为推动建筑企业全面转型升级的有效途径。Under the new circumstances, the traditional construction industry is faced with opportunities and challenges as well, and construction industrialization with advantages of environmental protection, manufactory fabrication and information management will definitely become the unavoidable road for the transformation development of the traditional construction industry. New construction enterprises adopt engineering procurement construction mode, special technological system and BIM coordinating information management of high efficiency to enhance their competitiveness. Based on construction industrialization development, the transformation will cover steadily, and become an effective tool to help construction enterprises transform in an all-round way.
