摘　　要：法国、日本成功转型经验充分说明农村金融法制化是全面提升一个国家农村经济发展水平、实现城镇与乡村统筹发展的必然途径。我们可借鉴法国、日本农村金融法制化的成功经验,加强农村金融法律制度的独立性,真正将我国农村金融发展逐步纳入到法制化轨道中来,并且进一步加大政府支持力度,增强社会投资信心,激发农村资本活力。The successful transformation experience in France and Japan fully verifies that legalization of rural finance is the necessary approach in comprehensively promoting a country＇s rural economic development, in realizing integrated urban and rural development. We can draw beneficial lessons from the successful experience in legalization of rural finance in France and Japan and strengthen the institutional independence of rural finance, and genuinely bring China＇s rural financial development gradually on the legal track, and further increase the government＇s support, and enhance social investment confidence to stimulate the vitality of rural capital.
