摘　　要：把权利融入到供给侧中去思考,能赋予法律权利意识特有的活力与现实性,同时,也能对供给侧进行特定的价值思考。供给侧改革对我们的法律权利意识带来极大的影响。个人权利的社会性进一步突出,权利的个体性与整体性进一步中和与融合;权利的自我保护性与国家保护性更加统一,多种制度体系必将得以建立;同时,权利也体现出公共性与私利性的双面性,公权与私权之间应更加协调;最后,在供给侧改革中,权利与经济活力也是一个一体化命题,经济发展以权利为原始目的,个人权利以经济活力为基础。Consciousness of legal rights will show unique vitality and reality, if we put the right into the supply side to think. Meanwhile, we can also think about the value of the supply side. Supply-side reform brings great influence to our consciousness of legal rights.The social nature appears more prominent in personal rights, individuality and integrity of rights become further neutralization and fusion.Self protection and national protection of rights become more unified, a variety of system will be established. At the same time, rights embody double sides of public nature and self interest, and there are more coordinations between public rights and private rights. At last, rights and economic vitality is also an integrated proposition in the supply-side reform, personal rights is the original purpose of economic development, economic vitality is the foundation of personal rights.
