硕士研究生科研水平及其对就业的影响--基于8所高校的实证调查

摘　　要：科研水平是衡量硕士研究生综合素质和培养质量的关键要素,但调查发现:硕士研究生的科研水平极其低下,高水平的科研成果几乎为零;硕士研究生科研活动的依附性较强,独立性不够。逻辑斯蒂回归分析表明:参与学术交流与社会调查等科研活动对硕士研究生就业的促进作用十分明显,参与越多,就业越好;硕士研究生发表论文和独立主持课题对其就业的帮助不大,但参与导师课题对其就业的影响比较大。虽然硕士研究生参与导师课题对就业有重要的帮助,却并不是参与越多越好,参与过度反而会对就业产生负面影响。为此,导师应通过强化学生独立完成课题和论文的责任意识来提升硕士研究生的科研水平,硕士研究生应通过适度参与导师高水平的科研课题来提高其科研能力,学校应通过提供学术交流平台与强化社会调查来提高硕士研究生的就业效果。The level of scientific research is the key element to evaluate the comprehensive quality of master students and the quality of postgraduate education. The survey shows that the level of scientific research of master students is extremely low, and there are hardly any high-level scientific achievements. Besides, the research activities of master students display strong dependence and inadequate independence. Regression analysis shows that master students＂ participation in academic exchange and social investigation have positive influences on their employment, while paper publication and leading research projects have little influence on their employment~ However, participation in mentor＇s research projects in a moderate way is conducive to the employment of master students. Based on the aforementioned findings, the paper puts forward several suggestions on the enhancement of scientific research and employment for master students.
