摘　　要：为认真学习贯彻党的十八届四中、五中全会以及习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,本文紧紧围绕"高教强省"战略的深入实施和建设"两个一流"的任务目标,以吉林省高校为例,提出强化科学治校的工作理念和服务高校发展的观念意识,把握高校行政后勤工作的主要任务、具体措施,打造党性坚强、廉洁自律、业务精湛、务实高效的高校行政后勤领导干部队伍,确保为全省高校改革发展提供坚强有力的支持保障。To conscientiously study and implement the purposes in the Fourth and the Fifth Plenary meetings of Eighteen Ses- sion and Xi Jinping series of important speech, the paper focuses on in-depth implementing strategy of strengthening higher educa- tion in Jilin Province and constructing top two targets ,setting universities in Jilin Province as examples, the paper proposes to strengthen the scientific management of the concept and consciousness of serving Universities, grasping the main task of university administrative and logistics work as also as specific measures, building administrative leading cadres in Colleges and universities with strong party spirit and self-discipline, business skills, pragmatic and efficient, to provide strong support for the province＇s re- form and development in Colleges and universities.
