摘 要:复合管道在海洋工况中承受内压和弯曲等复杂载荷,并受温度和弯曲速率的影响,进而产生大变形而失效。考虑内压和弯曲这一典型的组合载荷,并针对复合管道温度相关和率相关的特性,设计机械结构、液压回路和测试系统,搭建模拟海洋复杂载荷条件复合管道性能测试装备。装备能在控制温度和弯曲速率的基础上,对复合管道同时施加内压和弯曲载荷,测试复合管道在大变形下的力学性能。目前该装备设计方案已获得国家发明专利授权。Composite pipes are subjected to complex loads,such as internal pressure and bending load in marine condition,and influenced by temperature and bending rate. Complex loads can lead to large de- formation of pipes, then failure occurs. Considering the combined loads of internal pressure and bending load, and the characteristic of temperature-dependent and rate-dependent, mechanical structure, hydraulic circuit and testing system were designed. The testing equipment was set up for composite pipes under com- plex loads to simulate marine condition. Internal pressure and bending load can be applied on composite pipes at adjustable temperature and bending rate. The properties of composite pipes under large deforma- tion can be obtained by this equipment. The design of this equipment obtained the authorized invention patent.
