摘 要:形式利用FLUENT软件,在相同的工况条件下对3种具有不同折流板结构的板壳式换热器壳程传热性能进行了数值模拟分析与比较。结果表明传热性能最好的为弓形折流板结构,其次为弓缺形折流板结构,最后为环形折流板结构。通过样机试验对最优结构的板壳式换热器壳程传热性能模拟结果的正确性进行验证。此次研究对板壳式换热器壳程强化传热提供了参考,具有一定的工程实际意义。Three different baffle plate structures of the plate shell heat exchanger, which were proceeded numerical simulation and analysis with the shell side of heat transfer performance by the Fluent software in the identical condition and situation. The results showed the arch baffle plate structure has the best heat transfer performance ,followed by bow baffle plate structure and the circular baffle plate structure is the end. At last, the simulated resuh of heat transfer performance of the plate shell heat exchanger with opti- mal structure, which was verified its correction by test. The study provides reference to shell side of the plate shell heat exchanger strengthen heat transfer,having a certain practical significance.
