摘  要:城市土地利用结构和土地利用效率是城市土地经济评价的两个重要方面。采用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数法评价海西城市群的城市土地利用结构,并运用数据包络分析法评价海西城市群及区内20个城市的土地利用效率,明晰土地投入产出情况。基于城市土地利用结构和效率分析结果提出相应的土地利用和结构调整建议。结果表明:1海西城市群整体的土地利用类型分布比较均衡,但随着时间的推移,区内城市土地类型分布的均衡度降低,其中商业服务业用地分布最不均衡,居住用地最均衡。22003—2012年海西城市群的土地利用效率有一半的年份非DEA有效,区域总体上处于城市土地利用报酬递增阶段。3海西城市群中位于南部和北部区域的土地利用效率高于中部地区,区内85%的城市的土地利用效率非DEA有效,这些城市存在土地投入冗余和产出不足共存的困境,土地产出不足尤为明显。There are two important aspects of urban land economic evaluation, namely urban land use structure and urban land use efficiency. We analyze urban land use structure in Hercynian Urban Agglomeration, the western coast of the Taiwan Straits, based on Spatial Lorenz Curve and Gini Coefficient method. Urban land efficiency in Hercynian Urban Agglomeration is estimated by the Data Envelopment Analysis Method. Based on the evaluation of land use structure and efficiency, we accordingly put forward some suggestions for land use and structure adjustment. The result shows that the overall distribution of urban land types in Hercynian Urban Agglomeration is balanced. But as time goes on, the balance degree is going down. Among these land types, the distribution of commercial and service facility land is least balanced, while the one of residential land is most balanced. Besides, half the time, the urban land efficiency in Hercynian Urban Agglomeration is invalid DEA during 2003-2012, and the area is at the increasing return stage of land use as a whole. What' s more, urban land use efficiency of cities in the south and north is higher than those ones in the middle. 85 percent of cities in the area are invalid DEA, which are facing the dilemma of redundant land input and insufficient output, especially redundant land input.
