摘　　要：以内蒙古包头市包商银行商务大厦商业裙楼的采光顶龙骨梁施工为例,介绍了超高大截面异形清水混凝土龙骨梁的基本概况及施工的难点。具体介绍了龙骨梁施工工艺流程,从超重超高模板的支架搭设、异形龙骨梁钢筋绑扎、异形龙骨梁模板安装、清水混凝土施工、成品养护及表面保护等5个方面详述了关键施工措施。工程实践表明,各项关键技术措施安全可靠、行之有效,为类似工程提供了借鉴。Taking the construction of daylight roof keel beam in commercial podium of Baoshang Bank Business Tower in Inner Mongolia Baotou as an example, the basic status and construction difficulty of large cross-section abnormal-shaped fair-faced concrete keel beam has been introduced. The construction processes of keel beam have been concretely introduced and key construction measures have also been elaborated from five aspects as follows： the support setting of ultra-high and overweight formwork, reinforcement assembling for abnormal-shaped keel beam, formwork installation for abnormal-shaped keel beam, fair-faced concrete construction, concrete product curing and surface protection. Engineering practice shows that various key technical measures are safe and effective, which can provide a reference for the similar projects.
