摘  要:针对7.63m焦炉存在的焦侧炉头塌焦现象,在入炉煤指标、焦炉温度、PROven系统运行以及焦炉生产等方面查找影响塌焦的因素,并采取对策,缓解了炉头塌焦严重问题,塌焦炉数和塌焦量大幅减少,降低了工人的劳动强度。Influencing factors of coke collapse in oven end on coke side for 7.63m coke oven have been found in some aspects such as the index of charging coal, the temperature of coke oven, the running of PROven system as well as the production of coke oven. Countermeasures are taken so as to release the serious problem and the number of ovens as well as amount of collapsing coke is substan- tially reduced, which also cut down on manpower.
