摘 要:天然工质CO_2以其优良的热物理性能和友好的环境特性成为热泵系统中运行工质最有潜力的替代物之一。为了加快CO_2作为制冷剂向实用化产品迈进,采用CO_2作为制冷剂,确定了跨临界CO_2热泵系统方案及工况,对气体冷却器、蒸发器及辅助部件进行了选型设计,并最终搭建了一个带回热器的跨临界CO2热泵系统实验台,该试验台结构紧凑,制造、运行成本较低。同时文章中就冷却水、冷冻水对系统性能的影响做了初步研究。研究表明:提高冷冻水流量对提高热泵出水温度的影响很小;提高冷却水流量可以有效提高能效比EEER,并对制取高温热水有很大帮助,但是同时会增加流动阻力。Natural refrigerant CO2 has become one of the most potential substitutes in the heat pump system, because it has excellent thermal property and environment friendly features. In order to make CO2 as a new refrigerant more practical, the scheme of trans-critical CO2 cycle heat pump system and operating condition was determined to select and calculate the gas cooler, evaporator and other parts, a trans-critical CO2 heat pump system was eventually built using CO2 as refrigerant, which had a heat regenerator. This heat pump was compact and had a low manufacturing and operating cost. In the meantime, a preliminary study about the effect of cooling water and chilled water with the machine was conducted, it showed that increasing the flow rate of chilled water had little effect on the output-water temperature of heat pump ; Increasing the flow rate of the cooling water could effectively improve the EEER, and the hot water could be produced at high temperature more easily, while the flow resistance would increase.
