摘  要:螺杆式启闭机在水闸中有广泛运用,其安全运行对螺杆的直线度有着严格要求。然而在工程检测中经常发现螺杆由于运行不畅,或者在原设计情况下长细比考虑不充分(如螺杆的长细比过大),螺杆易受压而产生屈曲变形。选取相应的适用条件,采用传统的欧拉公式法和稳定系数法对螺杆进行了受压计算,并对两种方法的计算结果进行了对比分析。此外,采用ABAQUS软件对螺杆进行特征值屈曲分析,得到了变形结果和临界荷载,同时分析了双杆同步对螺杆失稳的影响,并提出相应的工程处理措施。研究成果可为闸门工程设计提供参考。The screw hoist is widely used in sluice and its safe operation has strict requirements on screw straightness. However, screw buckling and deformation are often found in engineering detection because of poor running and insufficient consideration of the slenderness ratio in the original design. Euler Formula Method and Stability Coefficient Method were used to calculate the screw pressure and the results of these two methods are compared. Besides, the eigenvalue buckling analysis of screw was carried out by ABAQUS software to obtain the deformation results and critical load. Meanwhile, the influence of two screw synchronization on destabilization was analyzed. The study results can provide corresponding engineering treatment measures and advice to prevention of buckling deformation.
