摘  要:为研究修水黄羽乌鸡的基本生产性能,以43周龄修水黄羽乌鸡为研究对象,进行屠宰性能和蛋品质测定。结果表明,43周龄屠宰率和全净膛率分别为85.27%和61.02%,表明修水黄羽乌鸡种鸡有良好的生产性能。修水黄羽乌鸡龙骨长与屠体重显著相关(P<0.05);胸宽与屠体重、全净膛重、腿重、腿肌重极显著相关(P<0.01)。修水黄羽乌鸡种鸡蛋哈氏单位(62.13±8.18)偏低;蛋黄重(15.03±1.27)g与其他地方品种相比较无显著差异。To study basic production performance of Xiushui yellow black bone chicken, egg quality andcarcass traits of chicken at 43 weeks were measured. The results showed that the average carcass dressingpercentage and eviscerated yield percentage was 85.27% and 61.02%, respectively, indicating that the chickenhad good carcass traits. Keel bone length had significant correlation with carcass weight(P0.05). Breastwidth had significantly and extremely positive correlation with dressed carcass weight, eviscerated weight, legweight and leg muscle weight(P0.01). Haugh unit was(62.13±8.18), which was lower compared with that ofother local varieties. Yolk weight was(15.03±1.27) g, which had no significant difference with that of otherlocal varieties.
