摘 要:在全输入电压范围内的中小功率应用场合,相对于传统结构AC/DC变换器,两级式结构AC/DC变换器具有较为明显的综合优势。针对国内输入电压范围,研制了两种结构中小功率AC/DC变换器,进行对比研究。实验与对比分析结果表明两级式结构AC/DC变换器既能够有效地提高功率因数,使变换器很好地满足用电设备谐波限制标准要求,又能够优化后级DC/DC变换器的设计;而传统结构AC/DC变换器具有一定的成本优势,且变换效率略高于前者,但远不能满足用电设备谐波限制标准,只适用于低端应用场合。Compared with the traditional structure AC/DC converter, the two-stage structure AC/DC converter has some obviously advantages in the medium and small power applications with an universal input voltage. Aiming at domestic input voltage, two kinds of AC/DC converters with medium and small power are studied and compared in this paper. Experiments and comparative results show that the two-stage structure AC/DC converter not only can effectively improve the power factor to meet the harmonic limit of the power equipment, but also can optimize the design of the post-stage DC/DC converter. However, the traditional structure AC/DC converter has some advantages in cost and transformation efficiency, but it can't meet the harmonic limit standard of the power equipment so that it only applies to the low-end applications.
