摘 要:为研究不同地层条件对盾构掘进参数的影响,进而确定相适应的工作参数,设计开发了微型盾构试验机。主要介绍微型盾构试验机的液压系统,其由刀盘、推进及螺旋输送机液压系统组成,并详细说明了各部分液压系统的工作原理及选型计算;最后利用AMEsim软件对这三个液压系统进行建模及仿真分析。仿真结果显示,微型盾构试验机的刀盘转速、推进速度及螺旋输送机转速都可以实时控制,满足试验需要。In order to study the different effects of various strata on the tunneling parameters for a shield,and further determine the corresponding suitable work parameters,a mini test-shield machine is designed and developed.Focused on in the paper is the introduction to the hydraulic system of the mini-shield,which is made up of a cutter head system,a thrust system,and a screw conveyor system.Besides,the working principles of the various hydraulic systems and their type-choice calculations are dealt with in detail.Finally,the software of AMEsim is used to model and simulate the three hydraulic systems.The results of the simulation show that the rotating speed of the cutter,the tunneling speed of the simulation shield machine,and the rotating speed of the screw conveyor can all be controlled constantly,meeting the requirements of the tests.
