摘　　要：生态市场经济是一种新的经济形态,它要求一切经济活动必须具有生态保护理念,实现经济效益、社会效益协调发展。当前的自由市场经济在解决生态问题方面存在很多失灵,会导致非常严重的人类生存和发展危机。而目前,我们已经具备了建立生态市场经济的可能性与现实性,通过思想宣传、制度建设、增强政府的宏观调控和完善市场经济体制等措施,生态市场经济必将由一种趋势发展成为现实。Ecological market economy is a new economic model, which requires that all the economic activities have the ideal of ecological protection to combine the economic benifit with the social benifit together. The out of function of current free market economyto ecological problem will result in very serious crisis for human survival and development. At present, we have had the possibility and reality to establish ecological market economy. With the methods of ideological publicity , system construction, enhancing government macroadjustment and perfecting market econom mechanism etc, ecological market economy willcome true in the future.
