媒体融合环境下高校学报发展的着眼点

摘　　要：高校学报作为学术期刊发表的重要平台,一方面为高校教师之间进行学术交流和研讨提供了机会,另一方面高校学报的审核周期较短,为高校教师进行职称评定提供了便利。随着多媒体设施的广泛应用,高校学报的媒体融合发展趋势会变得更加明朗化和现代化,因此,本文在阐述多媒体融合涵义的基础上,首先分析了高校学报发展过程中,实施媒体融合的必要性,然后剖析了媒体融合环境下高校学报发展中面临的主要问题,最后,从运行机制、传播渠道、编辑团队建设以及规范学报内容等方面着手,就如何在媒体融合环境下,提高高校学报的发展水平提出了几点可行性建议。As an important platform of academic peridical publishment, university journal provides oppotunity for university teachers to undertake academic exchange and discussion. On the other hand, its short audit cycle pro- vides convinence for university teachers＇s professional title evaluation. With the wide applicaiton of multimedia facili- ties,the tendency of the media convergence development for university journals becomes more obvious and modern- ized. Therefore, based on an elaboration of the connotation of multimedia convergence wthis paper first analyzes the necessity, then discusses the main problems and finally, puts forward feasible suggestion on the improvement of the developing level of university journals from the aspects of operation mechanism, spreading channels, the construction of editor team and regulate the content of academic journal etc.
