摘　　要：通过对酯化釜及工艺塔原理探究和对酯化EG固含量化验分析,判断出酯化压力间歇性突升的可能原因,并对现场流程进行改造。经过对工艺塔盘的冲洗和工艺塔回流水的自控,有效解决酯化压力间歇性突升的问题。On the basis of studying the principle of esterification reactor and process column and analyzing the EG solid content in esterification process, the possible causes of esterification pressure intermittent sudden rise were de- termined. The on-site process was transformed to solve the problem. And finally through washing the process tray and automatic controlling the reflux water of process column, the problem of esterification pressure intermittent sud- den rise was effectively solved.
