摘　　要：走向善治之路:全球各国成人学习与教育治理进程研究我国应该制定一系列用以规范各利益主体行为、协调其关系的制度,明确不同利益主体参与成人学习与教育治理的内容、权利和责任等。在治理机制层面,由于当前成人学习与教育呈现多方利益主体博弈的格局,要想使各方利益主体以互惠互利的方式参与治理,就需要设置协调彼此行为的治理机制,避免在政府不同部门之间、Making sense of flexibility as a defining element of online learning John Daniel Contemporary developments in online learning have their origins in the technology Ot the inaustrial revolution, when new methods and machines were used to create better products inexpensively at scale. Now technology has also broken the hold of the ＇iron triangle＇ that prevented earlier generations from enjoying wide access to education of quality at low cost.
