摘 要:通过水热合成方法制备了钒酸铋(BiVO_4)和多壁碳纳米管/钒酸铋(MWCNTS/BiVO_4)复合材料,用XRD、SEM-EDX、DRS等技术对所制备的材料进行了表征。研究了在可见光照射下材料降解亚甲基蓝溶液(MB)的光催化性能。当掺杂MWCNTS后,增强了样品对可见光的吸收能力,减小了催化剂的带隙宽度,有利于提高BiVO4复合材料在可见光下的光催化活性。在可见光照射下降解亚甲基蓝溶液的光催化实验表明,质量含量为10%MWCNTS/BiVO_4样品的光催化活性最高,可见光照射3h对亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率达91.8%,与纯BiVO_4相比,其光降解率约提高了近1倍。A series of muti-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTS)/BiVO_4 composites with different MWCNTS dopings were prepared using a hydrothermal method.The physical and photophysical properties of composite were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX)and UVvisible diffuse reflectance spectra.The absorption threshold of composites shifted to a longer wavelength compared to the pure BiVO_4 in the UV-Vis absorption spectra,and the introduction of MWCNTS could effectively narrow down the catalyst band gap.The photocatalytic performance of composites were investigated by the degradation of methylene blue(MB)dye solution under visible light irradiation and compared with that of pure BiVO_4.The results revealed that the introduction of MWCNTS can improve photocatalytic performance.The highest activity was obtained by the sample with MWCNTS concentration of 10wt%.And the photodegradation rate for 10% MWCNTS/BiVO_4 was about 1times higher than that for pure BiVO_4.
