摘  要:采用熔融挤出法制备了聚丙烯/粘土/三元乙丙橡胶(PP/Clay/EPDM)复合材料,讨论了EPDM含量对复合材料拉伸性能、冲击性能和耐热性等的影响。结果表明,随着EPDM含量的增加,复合材料的冲击强度先增大后减小,小含量时韧性明显提高,当EPDM质量含量为15%时,材料的冲击强度最佳,断面为韧性断裂;复合材料的热氧稳定性提高,而拉伸强度、耐热性略有下降。The PP/clay/EPDM(ethylene-propylene-diene monomer)ternary composites were prepared by melt extrusion.The effect of EPDM content on the tensile property,impact property and heat-resisting of composites were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of EPDM content,the impact strength of composites was increased and then decreased.The toughness was improved obviously with a small dose of EPDM.When EPDM content was 15wt%,the impact strength of composite was the best,the impact section exhibited typical ductile fracture.With the EPDM content increasing,thermo-oxidative stability of composites was improved,while the tensile strength and heat-resisting decreased.
