摘 要:通过将不同摩尔配比的丙烯酸(AA)与丙烯酸乙酯(EA)单体接枝到具有相同取代度的烯丙基醚化淀粉(AS)的分子链上,制备出一系列具有不同结构接枝支链的AS-g-P(AA-EA)三元接枝共聚物。然后,以淀粉溶液在聚酯纤维上的接触角、淀粉膜的拉伸力学性能以及淀粉对聚酯纤维的粘合强度为主要量化指标,系统研究了AA/EA单体配伍对AS-g-P(AA-EA)与聚酯纤维粘合性能的影响。结果表明:当AA/EA单体的投料摩尔比为2∶8时,合成出的AS-g-P(AA-EA)对聚酯纤维的粘合性能较为优异。Through the grafting of acrylic acid(AA)ethyl acrylate(EA)monomers with various feed molar ratios onto the molecular chain of allyl starch(AS)with the same degree of substitution,a series of AS-g-P(AA-EA)with different kinds of grafted branches were prepared.In terms of contact angel of starch solution on polyester fiber,tensile property of starch film,and adhesive strength to polyester fiber,effects of monomer compatibility of AA/EA on the adhesion of ASg-P(AA-EA)to polyester fiber were studied systematically.The experimental results showed that the adhesion of AS-g-P(AA-EA)to polyester fiber was better when the feed molar ratio of AA/EA was 2∶8.
