摘 要:选取NaCl、KCl和LiCl 3种熔盐,采用静态熔融法配制了9种二元混合氯盐和36种三元混合氯盐,分别对其相变温度及相变潜热进行实验研究。结果表明:二元混合氯化盐的相变温度在340℃左右,当KCl与LiCl的质量比为1∶1时,相变潜热最大为219.9J/g;三元混合氯化盐相变温度在350℃左右,当NaCl、KCl与LiCl的质量比为1∶5∶4时相变潜热最大为189.4J/g。对2种优选出的混合氯化盐进行5次连续加热与冷却实验,研究表明2种混合氯盐都具有良好的热稳定性。研究结果可为氯化盐混合物在太阳能储能领域的使用提供参考和依据。Sodium chloride,potassium chloride and lithium chloride were selected to compound nine binary mixed chloride salt and thirty-six ternary mixed chloride salt by static melting method.The phase change temperature and latent heat of phase change were tested by DSC.The results showed that the phase change temperature of binary mixed chloride salt was about 340℃.The latent heat of phase change was 219.9J/g when the mass ratio of potassium chloride and lithium chloride was 1∶1.The phase change temperature of ternary mixed chloride salt was about 350℃.The latent heat of phase change was 189.4J/g when the mass ratio of sodium chloride,potassium chloride and lithium chloride was 1∶5∶4.Two kinds of optimized mixed chloride salt were carried out for five times of continuous heating and cooling experiments.The results showed that the two kinds of mixed chlorine had good thermal stability.
