摘 要:制得适用于聚偏氟乙烯树脂基体、性能优良的水性上浆剂。研究乳化剂用量、乳化时间、主浆料加入方法、搅拌速度及方式等因素对水性上浆剂粒径的影响。并对制备过程中的参数进行优化,得到制备水性上浆剂的最佳优化参数:主浆料与乳化剂配合比为15∶1;主浆料分批次加入;增力电动搅拌器的转速前5min设定2000r/min,后5min为800r/min;乳化机的乳化时间为20min;上浆剂的平均粒径为145.6nm。A novel aqueous sizing agent with good performance was prepared,which can be applied to the poly(vinylidene fluoride)resin matrix.In the process,the effects of factors such as the content of emulsifier,the time of emulsifying,the charging method of the main sizing agent,and the stirring speed on the particle size were explored.The whole process was optimized,so as to obtain the optimum parameters:the mass ratio of main sizing agent to emulsifier was 15∶1;main sizing agent was along with many times to add in the aforementioned solution;the mixing speed of 2000r/min was 5 min and subsequently extra 5min with the mixing speed of 800r/min by agitator;emulsification time was 20 min by homogenizer.In the end,the mean particle size of aqueous sizing agent obtained was 145.6nm.
