摘 要:采用正交试验法研究微表处高性能苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性乳化沥青的制备工艺,依据微表处和改性乳化沥青的性能要求对其测试评价。最佳制备工艺为:改性剂用量以3%为基准以±l%进行试配,乳化剂A初始掺量为1.9%,稳定剂掺量2‰,油水比为60∶40,皂液温度为65℃,沥青温度为165℃,皂液pH值为1.5~2.5,乳化时间为5min,制得的高性能SBS改性乳化沥青成型的微表处混合料的可拌合时间为160s,粘结强度为1.3MPa,6d湿轮磨耗损失为628g/m^2,具有较好的性能。Using orthogonal test to study on preparation technology of SBS modified emulsified asphalt with high performance used in micro surfacing.SBS modified emulsified asphalt was evaluated according to the performance requirement of micro surfacing and modified emulsified asphalt.The result showed that preparation technology was as follows:the reference dosage of SBS was around 3%,trial-mix in±1%.The initial dose of emulsifier A was 1.9%.The stabilizer dose was 2‰.Oil-water ratio of 60∶40,soap temperature 65℃,the asphalt temperature 165℃.The pH of soap was 1.5~2.5,emulsification time was 5min.The mixing time of micro surfacing mixture prepared by above emulsified asphalt was 160s,the bond strength was 1.3MPa,and wet wheel abrasion loss was about 628g/m^2.
