摘  要:目的:探讨医院社工与志愿者联动服务模式的可行性,了解医院青年工作者,特别是志愿者对参与医务社会工作的意愿和培训需求,完善志愿者培训机制。方法:通过自制的调查问卷对3所大型公立医院35岁以下医院青年工作人员随机进行基本情况、参与医务社会工作意愿和培训项目需求的调查,并进行统计分析。结果:90%以上的被调查者愿意参与医务社会工作,且志愿者与非志愿者两者差别无统计学意义。志愿者组对培训项目的认可程度从高到低依次为安全健康知识、社工专业知识与技能、相关政策法规、团队意识、社工工作理念、服务项目开发和管理艺术;非志愿者组依次为安全健康知识、相关政策法规、社工工作理念、团队意识、社工专业知识与技能、服务项目开发和管理艺术。两组的培训需求项目有显著性差异(P<0.01),志愿者组对培训的需求更高。结论:通过构建医院社工与志愿者联动模式促进医务社会工作发展是可行的,但需完善志愿者培训机制,加强志愿者医务社会工作理念、专业知识与技能、相关法律法规及安全健康知识的培训。Objectives: To discuss the feasibility of joint service between medical social worker and volunteer in hospital, learn the willing and training requirement of young medical staff participating medical social work and to complete volunteer training mechanism. Methods: Young medical staff under 35 years old in 3 large public hospitals were randomly selected to have a self -designed questionnaire which involves the basic situation, the willing and training requirement on participating medical social work. The data were analyzed. Results: More than 90% of the investigated willing to participate in medical social work. And there is no significant difference between volunteer and others, The priority sequence of training process in volunteer group are health and safety knowledge, professional knowledge and skill for medical social worker, policies and regulations, team building, the concept of medical social work, project development and management capacity respectively. The priority sequence of control group are health and safety knowledge, policies and regulations, the concept of medical social work, team building, professional knowledge and skill for medical social worker, project development and management capacity respectively. There are significant difference between volunteer group and control group(P〈0.01). The training requirement on volunteer group is more than that of control group. Conclusions: It is feasible to build a joint mode of medical social work in hospital between medical social worker and hospital volunteer. But the volunteer training mechanism, medical social work concept, professional know/edge and skill, policies and regulations and health and safety knowledge needs to be further completed.
