摘　　要：目的:为各级医疗机构切实降低和逐渐取消门诊输液提供方法和思路。方法:回顾宁波市第一医院门诊逐步取消输液的管理历程,并对实施前后门诊输液使用数据进行对照分析。结果:医院通过开展多科室合作输液处方专项点评,调整药房注射用品种配备结构,加强药品精细化管理,定期分析反馈信息数据和多渠道面向社会公众开展合理输液宣教等措施,使2015年门诊输液比率持续下降,最终平稳向"零输液"过渡。结论:宁波市第一医院多科室联动逐步取消门诊输液的实践成效明显。Objectives：To provide ways on reducing outpatient intravenous therapy at each level of medical institutes. Methods：The history of stopping outpatient intravenous therapy in Ningbo the 1st Hospital was reviewed and outpatient intravenous therapy data before and after stopping outpatient intravenous therapy were compared. Results：After implementing comprehensive countermeasures such as joint intravenous therapy prescription assessment, injection drug adjustment, drug refine management, regularly analysis and feedback data and health education, outpatient intravenous therapy continuously decreased and smoothly achieved zero outpatient intravenous therapy. Conclusions：It has got significant effectiveness on stopping outpatient intravenous therapy by multi-departments cooperation.
