摘　　要：概述了熔模精密铸造技术的工艺特点及制作流程,叙述了近年来熔模铸造技术在国内外汽车工业上的应用情况。结合研究工作,分析了熔模铸造中合金成分、蜡模质量、型壳性能、浇注过程四方面对铸件的影响。阐述了我国汽车精铸行业所面临的主要问题和熔模精密铸造技术在汽车工业的发展趋势,提出了精铸技术在汽车领域的不足。The technological characteristics and manufacturing processes of the investment casting technology were summarized, and the application of investment casting technology in automobile industry was described in China and other countries. Combined with research work, the effects of the four aspects（alloy composition, wax mould quality, performance of shell and pouring process） of investment casting on castings were analyzed. The main problems of China＇s automobile precision casting fields and the trend of development of the investment precision casting technology in the automobile industry were elaborated. The shortage of precision casting technology was put forward in the automotive field.
