摘  要:使用AnyCasting软件对往复泵泵盖铸件(不含冒口)进行了凝固过程的数值模拟,确定了铸件在凝固过程中的孤立的液相区及最后凝固位置,进行了冒口的初步设计。根据铸件(包含冒口)的数值模拟结果,对冒口进行了两次改进,最终获得了优化工艺方案。经实际生产验证,该优化工艺方案可行。The numerical simulation of solidification process of reciprocating pump cover casting excluding risers was carded out by using AnyCasting software. The isolated liquid phase region and final solidification position of the casting during solidification process were determined, and the initial design of risers was carried out. According to the numerical simulation results of the casting including risers, two improvement of the risers were done and the optimized process was obtained. It is is feasible through product verification.
