摘 要:利用热-力耦合数值模拟方法分析了轧辊常温轧件加热300℃,轧辊轧件均加热到300℃及轧辊加热300℃和轧件常温三种不同条件时AZ31镁合金带材轧制过程的温度场、应力应变、速度及接触压力变化规律。结果表明:瞬间热效应使热辊热带轧制过程带材温升约30℃,热辊冷带轧制过程轧件温升约150℃;轧制过程速度和等效应变均呈S型变化,中性点靠近出口端,热辊冷带条件下轧件表面和心部等效应变差值随轧制过程变小,有利于均匀形变。在入口端中心的接触压力先增加后减小,随后接触压力缓慢增加,在中性点附近时,接触压力增加到最大值,然后逐渐减小,热辊热带进入稳态轧制后接触压力持续降低。The temperature, stress-strain, velocity field and contact pressure of AZ31 magnesium alloy strip during rolling were analyzed by using the therrno-mechanical coupling numerical simulation method under three different conditions (roller at room temperature and rolled piece at 300 ℃, roller at 300℃ and rolled piece at 300 ℃, and roller at 300℃ and rolled piece at room temperature). The results show that transient thermal effect makes the strip temperature increase about 30℃during hot strip rolling with hot roller, and the temperature rising is about 150℃ during the cold strip rolling with hot roller. The changes of velocity and equivalent strain are S-type, and neutral point is closer to exit. The difference of equivalent swain between the surface and the center of rolled piece becomes smaller with the rolling process during cold strip rolling with hot roller, which is beneficial to the uniform deformation. Contact pressure increases firstly and then decreases on the center of the entrance. Subsequently, contact pressure increases slowly, and in the vicinity of the neutral point, the contact pressure increases to the maximum value, and then gradually decreases. The contact pressure reduces constantly after entering steady rolling state during hot strip rolling with hot roller.
