摘 要:对AA5182-O铝合金进行了钢模胀形,获得了常温下AA5182-O铝合金成形极限曲线。对该材料进行了单次拉深和二次拉深试验,并将拉深失稳周边极限应变点和试验成形曲线进行了对比。结果表明,AA5182-O铝合金TD方向的成形极限曲线低于RD方向的成形极限曲线,且该材料的成形极限曲线整体向右移动;二次拉深成形性能好于单次拉深成形性能,相对于单次拉深,两者邻近失效部位极限应变值基本相同且和试验成形极限曲线接近,而二次拉深周边的应变点得到了充分变形且没有跳跃式变化。The bulging experiments of AA5182-O aluminum alloy were done with steel die. The forming limit curves were obtained at room temperature. The single drawing test and two drawing test were conducted.Limiting strain points in the surrounding drawing instability were compared with the experiment forming curve. The results show that the forming limit curve of AA5182-O aluminum alloy along TD direction is below that of the RD direction, and the whole forming limit curve shifts to the right. The twO drawing formability part is better than a single deep drawing performance. Relative to the single drawing, the ultimate strain value near the failure is substantially same and is approximate experimental forming limit curve. And the two drawing strain points near the perimeter are sufficiently deformed, and have no jump.
