摘  要:对AZ80镁合金锻坯热旋压性能进行了研究。结果表明:AZ80镁合金的热旋压性能差,强旋时在轮辋内侧易出现圆周方向裂纹;旋压过程中轮辋外侧的大应变速率及大变形量导致轮辋外壁萌生微裂纹;材料的变形程度决定了晶粒的细化程度,沿着轮辋壁厚方向由外至内晶粒的细化程度递减,外壁为2~5μm的等轴晶粒,内侧晶粒尺寸为80~120μm,外壁的强度及塑性均好于内侧,在较大拉应力作用下内表皮产生圆周方向裂纹。The hot spinning properties of AZ80 magnesium alloy were studied. The results show that: AZ80 magnesium alloy has poor hot spinning performance, and the circumferential direction cracks in the inner side of the rim are easy to appear during the power spinning. The large strain rate and large deformation of the outer rim during the spinning process lead to the micro-crack of the outer wall. The deformation degree of the material determines the degree of grain refinement. The degree of grain refinement from outside to inside along the thickness direction of the rim decreases successively. The grain of outer wall is equiaxed grain with 2-5 p,m, and the inside grain size is 80-120 μm; the strength and plasticity of the outer wall are better than those of the inside. Circumferential direction crack is generated in inner surface under the action of large tensile stress.
