摘  要:针对钛型渣系药芯焊丝易吸潮的特点,模仿埋弧焊剂的生产方法,将药芯焊丝中易吸潮的矿物质粉进行高温烧结,然后破碎、过筛得到全新的体系。这种方法不仅提高了粉料的流动性,而且粉料的耐潮性得到了有效的提升,最后测得熔敷金属的扩散氢含量也大幅降低。By imitating the production method of submerged arc welding flux, the mineral powder which was easy to absorb moisture in flux-cored wire was sintered at high temperature, and then was broken and screened, and a new system was obtained to overcome easy moisture absorption of the titanium slag series flux-cored wire. This method not only improves the liquidity of the power, but also improves the moisture resistance of the powder. In addition, the measured content of diffusible hydrogen in deposited metal decreases dramatically.
