摘 要:7085铝合金是一种高强、高淬透性锻造铝合金,在航天航空领域具有广泛的应用前景,因此本文对7085-T7452高强铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头的力学性能、硬度分布、冲击韧性及显微组织等进行了详细的分析。结果表明,7085-T7452高强铝合金具有较好的搅拌摩擦焊工艺性能,其接头强度达到了母材的85%以上。由于搅拌头对焊核区强烈而均匀地搅拌,使焊核区组织为细小的等轴晶粒,而热影响区组织发生粗化,晶粒粗大,热影响区的硬度比母材和焊核区均低,因此热影响区是焊接接头中最薄弱的环节;搅拌摩擦焊改善了焊接接头的冲击韧性,焊核区和热影响区的冲击韧性比母材好。7085-T7452 aluminium alloy is a kind of high strength, high hardenability forging aluminiurn alloy, and it has wide application prospect in aerospace field. The weldability of 7085-T7452 alurninium alloy by friction stir welding (FSW), including mechanical properties, hardness distribution, impact toughness, and microstructure, etc was analyzed in detail. The results show that 7085-T7452 aluminium alloy possesses high quality in FSW properties and the slrength of the joint reaches 85% of the base material (BM). The stir probe strongly and evenly stirrs in the weld nugget zone (WN), resulting in forming fine equiaxed grains in WN and the grown grains in heat affected zone (HAZ), and the hardness of HAZ is higher than that of BM and WN. Therefore, the HAZ is the weakest area in FSW joints. The impact toughness of welded joints is improved by FSW, the impact toughness of WN and HAZ is better than that of BM.
