摘 要:利用热重-质谱联用(TG-MS)技术对小球藻与准东煤进行共热解实验,研究小球藻质量分数分别为20%、40%、60%时混合物热解特性及主要NO_x前驱物的释放规律。研究结果表明:小球藻与准东煤共热解存在协同作用,可促使两种物质热分解的起始温度和终止温度降低,增强各自热解活性;准东煤热解时部分HCN会转化为NH_3,而小球藻热解时会有部分NH_3转化为HCN,共热解时促使上述两种相反转化趋势的因素同时存在且相互影响,从而使NH_3和HCN释放总量迅速减小;当小球藻质量分数为20%时,小球藻与准东煤共热解协同作用最强,且对NH_3和HCN释放量的抑制作用也最大。The TG-MS technique was firstly used to analyze the co-pyrolysis characteristics of mixtures of Zhundong coal and Chlorella, and then to analyze the release of NOx precursors in pyrolysis. In experiments, the percentages of Chlorella in mixtures were 20%, 40% and 60%. Synergistic effects can be observed from the reduced initial and final decomposition temperatures for mixtures and therefore, the pyrolysis activities are improved by mixing two materials. By analyzing HCN and NH3 in pyrolysis, it can be seen that part of HCN is converted to NH3 for Zhundong coal, while part of NH3 was converted to HCN for Chlorella. Due to the opposite trend on the conversion of HCN and NH3, the amounts of NH3 and HCN released were rapidly reduced compared with each material. As a result, the strongest synergistic effect on the pyrolysis and the strongest inhibition on both the release of NH3 and HCN can be observed when the percentage of Chlorella was 20%.
