摘  要:提出基于开关电容的双输入直流变换器拓扑。当可再生能源正常发电时,输入源串联供电,系统具有较高的可再生能源利用率;当可再生能源不能发电时,后备电源与可再生能源端口处的电容联合供电,可提高系统的容错性和灵活性。该拓扑利用开关电容升压,减小后备电源的额定电压等级,改善系统的动态性能,简化磁设计。基于变换器的工作原理及能量管理控制方案,分析开关电容的充放电特性并进行了充电损耗计算。实验结果验证拓扑的可行性及其控制方案的正确性。A novel double-input DC-DC converter based on switched capacitor is proposed. When the renewable source is available, the two input sources are connected in series, so that the converter has high utilization rate for renewable energy source. In the case alternative source port powering off, the back-up energy and the capacitor power the load, which makes the system fault-tolerant and flexible. Furthermore, switched capacitor reduces the voltage rating of the back,up source, improves system' s dynamic performance and simplifies magnetic design. Operation principle and the corresponding power management strategy are presented in detail. In addition, charge^tischarge features of the switched capacitor step-up mode are analyzed and charging loss is calculated. Experimental results validate the feasibility of the proposed topology and correctness of control strategy.
