摘 要:以再生粗骨料替代率、锂渣掺量为变化因素,设计9根掺锂渣再生粗骨料混凝土梁进行受弯性能试验。探讨试验梁与普通混凝土梁在破坏形态方面的异同,不同再生粗骨料替代率、锂渣掺量对试验梁的平截面假定的适用性与承载力的影响。试验分析表明:在一定再生粗骨料替代率和锂渣掺量下,相对于普通混凝土梁,试验梁的抗裂性能会显著提高,而屈服、极限荷载则有幅度相对较小的提高;试验梁开裂、极限荷载可用现行相关规范方法计算。Taking the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate,lithium slag content as change factors,9doping lithium slag recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams are designed for the flexural property test. The similarities and differences between the recycled concrete beams and normal concrete beams in the failure mode are discussed,and the influences of different replacement coefficient of recycled coarse aggregate and the content of lithium slag on the plane cross-section assumption of recycled aggregate concrete beams and its flexural property are analyzed. The experiment shows that the anti-cracking ability of the recycled aggreagte concrete beams improves significantly and ultimate load increases inapparently in amplitude of yielding under certain recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio and lithium slag content. The cracking load of recycled aggregate concrete beams and the ultimate load can be calculated by using the current relevant specification method.
