摘 要:我国城市建设中常用17层高层住宅,钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构是常用的结构类型。本文对总层数为17层的住宅建筑进行设计,提出了普通剪力墙结构布置与两种短肢剪力墙结构布置的三种结构设计方案。采用PKPM软件分别对三种方案进行结构设计,进行了三种方案在风载和地震作用参与组合工况下的侧移、层间位移角及层间剪力计算,对结构进行模态分析,并对三种结构方案的结构性能进行对比分析。研究表明,短肢剪力墙结构方案适合在设防烈度较低的地区推广使用,设防烈度高的地区宜采用普通剪力墙结构方案。给出剪力墙结构布置的设计建议。Shear wall structure is a common type of structure in 17 th floor high-rise residence which is commonly used in China's urban construction. The architectural design of a 17 th floor residence is made,and the schemes of one ordinary shear wall structure and two short-leg shear wall structures are put forward. The structural design of three schemes is carried out by using PKPM software,and the lateral displacement,inter-story displacement angle and floor shear of three schemes on wind load and seismic action are calculated. The modal analysis of structures is also conducted. The structural performance of three schemes structure are analyzed. The results show that short-leg shear wall structure suits to be widely used in lower fortification intensity area,and ordinary shear wall structure would be better in area of high fortification intensity. The design recommendations of shear wall structure are given.
