摘 要:目的探讨婴幼儿肺炎改良护理干预排痰效果。方法将237例肺炎患儿按随机数字表法分为干预组119例和对照组118例,两组患儿遵医嘱给予常规治疗护理的基础上,干预组给予氧气驱动间歇雾化吸入、胸部新式叩击、体位改良引流及视听训练疗法为一体的改良护理干预模式;对照组给予传统的常规护理方法。结果干预组排痰后呼吸、心率及血氧饱和度与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);干预组有效排痰时间、喘憋缓解时间、痰鸣音消失时间、肺部哕音消失时间、体温正常时间及住院时间与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);干预组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);干预组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论改良护理干预模式能有效清除呼吸阻塞,改善气体交换功能,减少并发症,从而提高婴幼儿肺炎治疗效果。Objective To explore the expectoration effect of improved nursing intervention of infants' pneumo- nia. Methods A total of 237 cases of children with pneumonia were divided into intervention group (119 cases ) and control group (118 cases ) according to random number table method. The patients of the two groups were given routine therapy care in accordance with the doctor's advice. On the basis of this, the intervention group implemented the im- proved all-in-one nursing intervention mode, including oxygen-driven intermittent inhalation, new-style chest percus- sion, postural improved drainage and audio-visual training therapy. The control group were given the traditional routine nursing method. Results After the elimination of sputum, the breathing, heart rate and blood oxygen of the two groups were compared and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.01) . The effective duration of sputum, dyspnea remission time, sputum rale disappearance time, pulmonary rales disappeared time, the normal temperature time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared and the differences were statistically significant ( P〈O. O1 ) . The total effectiveness rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05) . The incidence of complications of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈0. 05) . Conclusions Improved nursing intervention model can effectively remove respiratory obstruction, improve the function of gas exchange and reduce the complications, so as to improve the effect of treatment of infant pneumonia.
