摘　　要：随着北极冰层加速消融,北极地区的潜在价值日益凸显。目前,俄罗斯有与中国共同开发北极的合作意向。中俄共同开发北极能使两国在北极问题上共同受益。值得思考的是,俄罗斯提出中俄北极合作的背后有哪些考虑,其他国家会如何看待此事以及两国合作开发北极存在哪些现实困难。在此基础上,提出中俄北极合作走廊的建设构想,务实两国北极合作,借与俄罗斯协力开发北极之势进一步深入参与北极事务,助力我国北极权益的充分实现。The availability of arctic route resulted from ice melting makes the potential value of the arctic route more obvious to the whole world. At present,Russia proposed cooperation tendency of jointly developing the Arctic route with China. Sino-Russian cooperation is contributed to obtain benefits of the two countries as well as to achieve opening of the arctic route thoroughly. However, it is also necessary to think and analyze a few urgent problems such as what Russia considered actually about this Sino-Russian cooperation, what opinions other countries may hold and how China will deal with. A clear understanding of these issues is essential for locating the role of China and determining the direction of cooperation for the coming cooperation.
