摘 要:针对国家发改委对亚临界空冷机组节能减排的进一步要求,提出电动给水泵改汽动给水泵的改造方案,并以某典型600 MW亚临界空冷机组为例,详细计算分析了电泵改汽泵对机组不同工况下运行特性的影响。在此基础上,进一步探讨了小汽机汽源优化问题,以及描绘了小汽机背压和效率对机组供电煤耗率的影响曲线特性。研究结果表明:对于案例机组,当采用中压缸排汽驱动小汽机做功时,改造后机组在100%~50%THA工况下供电煤耗可降低1.5~2.0 g/k Wh,且随着负荷的降低,节能效果逐渐提高;在满足小汽机用汽要求的情况下,其进汽参数越低,相对内效率越高,改造后机组的节能效果越显著。In the aim of meeting the requirement of energy conservation and emissions reduction of subcritical air cooling unit, putting forward the renovation plan which change electrically driven feed pump into steam feed pump. By taking example of a typical 600 MW subcritical air cooling unit, this paper calculates and analyses the effect of the change on the operating characteristic in different working condition. The source optimization of small engine is discussed, and the curve characteristic that effects of small engine back-pressure and efficiency on the unit power supply coal consumption rate is described. The results indicate that the power supply coal consumption rate can decrease 1.5~2.0g/k Wh in 100%~50%THA by using small engine working driven by intermediate pressure cylinder steam emission. With the decrease of load, the energy conservation result improves. And in the situation of meeting the requirements of small engine, with the decrease of steam import parameters, the relative internal efficiency rise and the energy conservation result of reformed engine is obvious.
