摘　　要：目的:探索轻症勃起功能障碍基本证型相关因素。方法:使用自制调查表收集轻症勃起功能障碍病例279例,录入Epidata 3.1建立的数据库,使用SPSS18.0分析轻症勃起功能障碍基本证型中的相关因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:体重指数增高、病程≤12个月是湿热下注证的主要危险因素;体重指数增高、吸烟是气滞血瘀证的主要危险因素;精神心理压力大、性生活不和谐是肝郁不舒证的主要危险因素;糖尿病、40~50岁的年龄是肾阴亏虚证的主要危险因素;高血脂、高血压是命门火衰证的主要危险因素。结论:年龄、病程、体重指数、高血压、高血脂、糖尿病、精神心理压力、性生活和谐度与轻症勃起功能障碍的基本证型有关。Objectives： To explore the basic syndrome related factors in patients with mild- symptom erectile dysfunction（ MSED）. Methods： Symptoms questionnaire was used to collect data of 279 MSED patients and Epidata 3. 1 was adopted to establish database. the related factors for MSED were analyzed with univariate and multivariate factor logistic regression model by SPSS18. 0. Results： The increase in BMI,duration of illness≤12 months were the main risk factors suffering from syndrome of dampness- heat diffusing downward; The increase of BMI,smoke were the main risk factors suffering from syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis; sexual life dissatisfaction,psychological distress were the main risk factors of syndrome of stagnation of liver- Qi; diabetes mellitus and 40-50 year old were the main risk factors suffering from syndrome of deficiency of kidney- YIN; hypertension and hyperlipemia were the main risk factors suffering from syndrome of syndrome of decline of vital gate fire. Conclusion：Age,duration of illness,smoke,body mass index,sexual life satisfaction,psychological distress,hypertension,hyperlipemia and diabetes mellitus are related to the basic syndrome of patients with MSED.
